Irvin Yalom, MD. Dr Irvin Yalom is a Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry at Stanford University, prolific author and the best known group psychotherapist today. He is the recipient of numerous awards and author of 15 books including the classic and highly acclaimed textbook: Theory and Practice of Group Psychotherapy as well as several works of fiction such as Lying on the Couch and When Nietzsche Wept.

Cathy Miller, LCSW (Lic# 13175) is an Advanced Clinical Social Worker at Stanford Health Care where she co-chairs the Social Work Internship program and serves on the Heart Transplant Patient & Family Advisory Council. Ms. Miller has led psycho-educational and support groups in medical settings for over 20 years.
Janetti Marotta, Ph.D. (Psy9839) has been leading psychotherapy and support groups over 25 years and mindfulness-based groups over 10 years. Along with her private practice, she is Coordinator of the Mind-Body Program at PAMF Fertility and author of the book: 50 Mindful Steps to Self-Esteem.
Nancy Morgan, Ph.D., DCC (Psy23397) is a licensed psychologist, trainer, and clinical supervisor experienced in facilitating groups in residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings.
Nancy Wesson, Ph.D. (Psy9621) has been in private practice and leading psychotherapy groups for over 25 years. Trained by Dr. Irvin Yalom, she has been teaching group psychotherapy courses for 16 years. She is the founder of the Center for the Study of Group Psychotherapy.
